1 living room, of 30m2, with a sleeper, and an armchair which converts into a bed, where even 3 persons can be accommodated conveniently. Adjacent to the living room there is a dining area with a table and seating for six people. In the living room, there is a digital cable TV and a Hi-Fi system available.
2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and Hi-Fi, and one bedroom with two beds and a digital cable TV.
1 konyha 1 kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with comfortable dining furniture, dishwasher, coffee and espresso maker, oven and microwave.
General services: digital cable TV, 8 megabit WI-FI internet connection, Sony Playstation 3, Blu-Ray player with 5.1 Hi-Fi system, closets, one bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet, ski storage facility in the basement.
Included in the price: Private in-house swimming pool, bath and facial towels, bedspreads and table cloths.

By car:
From Germany: pass by Salzburg to Radstadt on motorway A10, then drive 18 km on national road B146 (B320) to Schladming.
From Vienna: drive towards Linz on the Western motorway (A1), then drive to Liezen on the Pyhrn-motorway (A9), from there, drive 50 km on road B146 (B320) to Schladming
– or –
From Vienna: take motorway A2 to Semmering, then motor road S6 and motorway A9 to Liezen, from there drive 50 km on road B146 (B320) to Schladming
From Italy and Carinthia: from the direction of Udine, Tarvisio, Villach, take the motorway to Eben/Pongau, then drive 18 km on road B146 (B320) to Schladming.
Once you reach Schladming:
Exit at Schladming East, then drive past the Planet-Planai gondola ski lift station in the direction of the centre, drive into the roundabout and take the last exit up to the small hill street, and then turn left at the parking lot, it is the second building.
